Gino Mäder, a 26-year-old Swiss rider, died after a horrific crash on a harrowing descent in the Swiss Alps.
Friday’s stage of the Tour de Suisse, which is considered a final tune up for the Tour de France, was cancelled. Instead, the riders rode together for the last 20km of the stage in honor Mäder’s life.
